1. Q: Are the flowers fresh?
   A: Yes! Flower quality is guaranteed. We only use Kunming Roses, which are aired to our delivery centers in China, hence, the flowers are freshes and best in quality when arrive recipient.
2. Q: Can I change the quality of flower bouquet?
   A: Of course. You can specify the request by filling "Message to Store", also, you may wish to call our customer service officer to amend your order.
3. Q: Can I add a vase for the flower bouquet order?
   A: No problem. We can deliver the vase you chosen together with your flower order! Also, our delivery man will guide the recipient how to arrange the flowers.
4. Q: Can I include a gift message with my order?
   A: Yes, of course! The gift message will be printed on a high quality card and included with your order. The gift message itself can be up to 500 characters long. Please input the message to recipient during checkout process.
5. Q: Can I order Cakes, chocolates, or toys?
   A: We can only deliver cakes and chocolates together with your flower order to recipient.

1. Q: I made the same order twice, how to cancel?
   A: Under normal circumstances, our customer service officer will check your order first. If we can confirm the order was duplicated, we will cancel for you directly. For some order we cannot assure, we will contact you either by email or phone to confirm with you. If you submit the order twice or even more, please contact us either via email or phone, you can inform our staff to cancel the orders.
2. Q: I have placed the order, how could I get confirmation?
   A: If you place the order successfully, you could see the order summary page when checkout. To be sure, you could contact our customer service after place the order. Please note, system generated emails regarding your order status will be sent out automatically, so please check your email regularly. Registered members can track the order status online after login your account.
3. Q: Can you make same day delivery? If cannot,how many days in advance should I place the order?
   A:Same day delivery to China major cities if not public holidy, you are highly recommended to place the order one day advance; For delivery on public holidy, please place the order as early as you can, also, you may get some discounts if you make early order.
4. Q: How do I amend my order?
   A: If you want to amend your order, i.e. change gift card message, delivery address and etc, please contact us as early as possible either by email or through phone. Please note we can only guarantee to accept amendments if they are received at least 3 hours before dispatch of your order.

1. Q: How can I pay for my order?
   A: we accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, China UnionPay and Paypal.

D. Delivery

1. Q: What happens if the recipient isn't in when you deliver?
   A: Usually, we will call the recipient before delivery to make sure successful delivery. If you do not wish us to call before delivery, when recipient is not in, we may leave the order securely on the property, leaving the flowers with neighbors. Either way, a card will be left at the recipient's address to inform them where the flowers have been left.
   In the event that we're unable to leave the order securely on the property or with a neighbor, the flowers will be brought back to our depot and we'll contact you to arrange a redelivery.
2. Q: What can I do to ensure that my order is delivered successfully?
   A: A successful delivery depends on accurate information: the full name, address and postcode of the recipient. Delivery instructions (which can be added at checkout) are also useful if the property is difficult to locate or if the recipient is at a business, university or hospital. Here, as much information as possible (room numbers, departments, etc.) really helps.
3. Q: I want the flower to be delivered at 8pm sharp, is that possible?
   A: Yes. Our normal delivery time slot is 9am to 6 pm. For orders with specific time, delivery fee may apply depends on the delivery address.
